YOGA NIDRA with Cris

Feeling stressed and a bit overwhelmed? Is sleeping not as restoring as you would like? The weekly Yoga Nidra - Deep Relaxation is here to support and nurture you during this Wintertime providing in only 30 minutes the so needed rest and relaxation. Stress causes the most incredible damage to our bodies. Yoga Nidra provides deep relaxation for your brain and nervous system, with multiple benefits as Stress management Increased self awareness Creativity Self compassion 30 minutes in which you will experience deep relaxation for body and mind. A gift of self-care and inspiration. Each Nidra session will be different from the next one, by theme or suggestions and invitations. What is needed: During the practice, you need only to lie down or sit comfortably and a blanket. On Zoom but no camera on ;) PJs or comfortable clothing are very welcome, your relaxation will be in complete privacy. What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a mix of ancient and more recent practices aimed at providing a relaxing effect on our brain and nervous system. During Yoga Nidra, you will be not fully awake and not fully sleeping, which gives space for relaxing, sleeping better, remembering your dreams, stimulating creativity and helping us to a healing path.
