Stress causes the most incredible things to our bodies. Sometimes we are just used to feel so and so that we don't realize what's going on, and we keep going even if we need a proper rest.
Yoga Nidra provides a deep relaxation in shorter time, nothing is needed but a comfortable place where to sit or lay down and a blancket close by.
On Zoom but no camera ;)
You will experience a deep relaxion for body and mind.
